As a Key stakeholder in CRO projects (4% total revenue), I collaborated and led marketing coordinators, marketing operations, creative, BI teams. Successfully increased expected results by 217% with A/B tests. Creating business IP and OS using results on Wiki Pages. Proficient with JIRA, Outlook, Tableau reports, Mattermost, Webtrekk, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Webex by Cisco and more.

- Implementing Impactful Strategies: Developed and executed impactful CRO strategies that resonated with the target audience, enhancing user engagement and driving revenue growth, contributing to $57.6 million (4% of the $1.44 billion annual revenue).
- A/B Testing: A core aspect of my role involves conducting rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and identify the most effective variations. This iterative approach allows us to fine-tune our marketing funnels for optimal performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging data and insights, I play a pivotal role in informing key business decisions. By closely monitoring performance metrics and user feedback, I ensure that our strategies are always aligned with our business goals.
- Contribution: Sharing and offering support to team members and others by providing test results and valuable insights.
- Building Business IP: Continuous testing with hypothesis and using the results to document on Wiki pages. Deciding to share it/kill it/scale it.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The conversion team works with marketing coordinators, marketing operations, business intelligence, creatives and many other teams to successfully drive business growth. As a key stakeholder in CRO projects, effective communication and people skills come into play for prioritizing CRO projects.
My primary focus as a CRO Manager centres around three core pillars: ensuring the effectiveness of messaging resonance, optimizing the user experience (UX/UI), and prioritizing content hierarchy.
